Academic Integrity Policy

This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any other document published on this Site, this Policy shall prevail on all matters relating to academic integrity and permitted use.

Our Position

Sample Assignment maintains a strict, zero-tolerance position on academic dishonesty. We exist to support learning — not to facilitate its circumvention. We manage every order end-to-end, from assignment to delivery, through our own vetted network of writing and tutoring Experts, and we hold both our clients and our Experts to the standards set out below.

Permitted Purpose of the Product

All materials produced through this Platform (the "Product") are supplied strictly as reference and study aids. Their permitted use is limited to:

1. Providing a model of a well-structured response to a given prompt or topic;
2. Clarifying the requirements of a complex or ambiguous assignment;
3. Illustrating an approach to structuring an argument, paper, or piece of research;
4. Serving as a starting point for the client's own independent research;
5. Building the client's subject-matter vocabulary and conceptual understanding;
6. Supplying a citation and reference list for the client's further research;
7. Enabling the client to verify or benchmark the accuracy and completeness of their own original work.

Strictly Prohibited Use

The Product must never be submitted, presented, or represented, in whole or in part, as the client's own original academic work. Doing so constitutes a serious violation of academic integrity and, depending on jurisdiction, may carry legal consequences. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user located in, or acting on behalf of, a jurisdiction in which use of our Service for its intended purpose would be unlawful.

We do not tolerate, and will not knowingly facilitate, any of the following:

• Plagiarism, in any form or degree;
• Contract cheating — the submission of purchased or third-party work as the client's own;
• Fraud, fabrication, or falsification of data, sources, or citations;
• Collusion in violation of institutional policy;
• Impersonation of a student or any other individual in a test, quiz, viva voce, or other academic assessment;
• Ghostwriting of theses, dissertations, publications, or other work intended to be presented as the client's own.

We further prohibit use of the Platform, in any manner, to:

• Falsify academic, financial, or official records;
• Produce misleading or fraudulent CVs, credentials, or professional documentation;
• Forge official documents of any kind;
• Impersonate any individual;
• Facilitate corporate fraud or the breach of any workplace or institutional policy.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We reserve the right to expand or amend it at our sole discretion, and to take action against conduct that violates the spirit of this Policy even where not expressly listed.

Our Commitment

• Every order is assigned, supervised, and quality-controlled by our team from start to finish, through our own vetted Expert network — never left to an open or unmanaged marketplace.
• We do not knowingly accept, process, or fulfil any order that requests or implies the Product will be submitted as the client's own work. Where such intent is identified, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any stage, with a refund issued strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Any Expert found to have knowingly facilitated academic dishonesty is permanently removed from our network, without exception.
• Non-compliance with this Policy by a client may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of their account, at our sole discretion.

Client Undertakings

By using this Platform, you expressly undertake that you will use the Product exclusively for the lawful reference purposes described above, in strict compliance with your institution's academic integrity policy and all applicable law. You accept full and sole responsibility for the consequences of any use that departs from this Policy, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sample Assignment against any and all claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from such use.

For Educators and Institutions

If you are an educator or represent an academic institution and become aware of any conduct that you believe violates this Policy, we strongly encourage you to report it to us at [compliance email]. All reports are treated with the seriousness they warrant and will be investigated promptly.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update, amend, or replace this Policy at any time and without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the Policy then in effect.
